Job Title: Electrician, Fitter, Welder, Bricklayer

Nature of Work: Within the construction sector, key duties involve performing diverse tasks such as bricklaying, constructing masonry walls, pouring concrete, installing plasterboard, setting up and managing electrical systems in buildings under construction, welding for pipe installation and repair, ensuring timely project completion, prioritizing job site safety, welding and assembling metal components using handheld equipment, and engaging in various related construction activities. The role encompasses both internal and external construction tasks at building sites.

Contract Period: The job contract will last 12 months, including a probationary period, And the contract will be renewable according to performance. 

Working Hours: Workers will be expected to work 8-10 hours daily, six days a week (Monday to Saturday), with Sundays off.

Overtime: Overtime compensation will be provided per the agreed terms by local labor laws and regulations.

Basic Salary: The basic salary for this position is approximately 1000 - 1200 EUR per month. It's important to note that the salary range may vary based on experience, skills, and local wage standards.

Education Requirement: Candidates must have a primary education and basic English language proficiency to be eligible for this position. I think this proficiency in English is necessary for effective communication with colleagues and the company.

Accommodation and Transportation: The employer will provide free accommodation to workers, ensuring they have a place to stay during the contract period. Transportation will be provided from the accommodation to work place.

Medical and Insurance: The employer will cover all medical and insurance expenses for the workers, ensuring they have access to healthcare and are protected in case of accidents or health issues.

Responsibilities: Workers in this role will be part of construction teams responsible for building construction sites. Their responsibilities will include:

  • Laying bricks and masonry works: Laying bricks, Applying or removing mortar with a trowel, Working accurately from detailed plans and specifications, Sealing foundations with damp-resistant materials, Using spirit levels and plumb lines to check building alignment, Using hand tools, power tools and brick-cutting machines.
  • Welding Work: Welds and assembles metal pieces and products by using handheld welding equipment. Sets up parts for welding; uses hand tools, clamps, jigs and fixtures. Prepares and completes work on materials by welding, cutting, grinding and cleaning metal.
  • Construction Electrician Work: Installing and maintaining electrical systems in buildings under construction. They work closely with other tradespeople on the site, such as plumbers and HVAC technicians, to ensure that all of the building's systems are functioning properly once it is completed.
  • Fitter Work: install industrial pipework in factories and large buildings. Their duties include installing and repairing pipes using welding methods, completing jobs on time and ensuring safety on a job site.
  • Other related construction tasks: Assisting in various construction activities as needed, including carpentry, roofing, insulation, and more.
  • Working in teams: Collaborating with colleagues to ensure that construction projects are completed efficiently and to high standards.
  • Previous experience: Workers are expected to have experience in construction work to perform their duties effectively and safely.
