- Age Range: 20-30 years old (men)
- Language Skills: Basic English is required for both spoken and written communication. Logistics workers must be able to read labels, write lists, and handle goods documentation.
- Job Description: The role includes picking, logistics work, and packaging.
- Monthly Salary: €1000 x 12 months
- Accommodation: Workers will pay between €50 to €80 per month for accommodation, deducted from their salary.
- Meals: Some employers provide free meals.
- Working Hours: 40 hours per week (8 hours per day), with shifts covering 24 hours.
- Overtime: Available and paid extra.
2. Welders (MIG & TIG Method - 6 Positions Available)
- Experience Required: Minimum of 5 years of welding experience using MIG & TIG methods.
- Age Range: Up to 40 years old.
- Language Skills: Basic English is required for communication.
- Job Description: Welding tasks involving MIG and TIG techniques.
- Net Monthly Salary: €1150 x 12 months
- Accommodation: Same as logistics workers; €50 to €80 per month will be deducted from their salary for housing.
- Meals: Some employers provide free meals.
- Working Hours: 40 hours per week (8 hours per day), with shifts covering 24 hours.
- Overtime: Available and paid extra.
Important Note: All selected candidates, regardless of position, will sign contracts as logistics workers due to current job categorization regulations. Welders are expected to perform their specialized tasks but will initially be contracted under logistics.
