Germany

Switzerland
Switzerland granted the highest number of visas to Indian applicants in 2023, approving 166,919 visas. With an 88% approval rate, Switzerland also issued a high percentage of MEVs—98.51% of its approved visas.
Luxembourg
Luxembourg had a lower total number of applications from Indian nationals but was still one of the countries most likely to approve them. Of 3,090 applications, 85.8% were approved, though its MEV issuance rate was relatively low at 42.59%.
