Job Title: Warehouse Worker

Number of Workers Required: 50

Location of Work: Poland

Nature of Work: Within the warehouse, key duties involve responsible for varied daily tasks such as restocking shelves, accepting incoming orders, processing and packing orders, counting inventory and ensuring orders are shipped in a timely manner.

Contract Period: The job contract will last 12 months, including a probationary period. And contract will be renewable according to performance. 

Working Hours: Workers will be expected to work 8-10 hours daily, six days a week (Monday to Saturday), with Sundays off.

Overtime: Overtime compensation will be provided per the agreed terms by local labour laws and regulations.

Basic Salary: The basic salary for this position is approximately 1000 - 1200 EUR per month. It's important to note that the salary range may vary based on experience, skills, and local wage standards.

Education Requirement: Candidates must have a primary education and basic English language proficiency to be eligible for this position. I think this proficiency in English is necessary for effective communication with colleagues and the company.

Accommodation and Transportation: The employer will provide free accommodation to workers, ensuring they have a place to stay during the contract period. Transportation will be provided from the accommodation to work place.

Medical and Insurance: The employer will cover all medical and insurance expenses for the workers, ensuring they have access to healthcare and are protected in case of accidents or health issues.

Responsibilities: Workers in this role will be part of teams responsible for Warehouse work. Their responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring cleanliness, tidiness and safety of work environment.
  • Loading and unloading delivery vehicles.
  • Accepting delivery of inventory.
  • Counting and confirming inventory.
  • Inspecting inventory for damage and faults.
  • Communicating errors to relevant parties.
  • Marking and labeling stock.
  • Storing inventory in an accessible manner.
  • Loading and wrapping stock on pallets.
  • Building loads with forklift and electronic pallet jack.

Working in teams: Collaborating with colleagues to ensure that warehouse works are completed efficiently and to high standards.

Previous experience: Workers are expected to have experience in warehouse work to perform their duties effectively and safely.
