Starting February 5, 2025, European Sleeper will introduce a new night train service linking five EU countries: Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, Austria, and Italy.

The route will offer a single journey that connects various popular winter sports and city destinations. The train will travel from Belgium to Italy, stopping in Brussels, Utrecht, Cologne, Munich, Innsbruck, Verona, and Venice.

European Sleeper aims to make long-distance travel more convenient and enjoyable for all passengers with this new service.

Considering the high demand for winter sports trips, the schedule is designed to align with school holidays and peak winter sports season. The night train will run twice a week in February and March, with its first departure from Brussels on February 5, 2025.

This new seasonal service connects Belgium and Italy, passing through the Netherlands, Germany, and Austria, and is expected to meet the demand for both winter sports and city trip travel. The route is designed to enhance the travel experience by offering more accessible and enjoyable cross-continental overnight journeys.

  • A standard upright seat in a six-person compartment will cost around €100.
  • A couchette bed in a six-person cabin will cost approximately €120.
