Certain occupations with national pay scales, such as teachers, healthcare professionals, and social care workers, are not subject to the increased salary threshold.

Overseas care workers can no longer bring their families with them.

Family Visas

The minimum income threshold for individuals seeking to reside with a relative in the UK for more than six months is set to rise. The updated threshold will initially be £34,500, increasing to £38,700 in the future.

Exemptions for Family visas:

Candidates must demonstrate English language proficiency.

Student Visas
