- The upper age limit for applicants in the Post-Vocational Education Workstream has been reduced to 35 years, except for individuals holding Hong Kong or British National Overseas passports, who remain eligible until the age of 50.
- Applicants who do not meet the age criteria for the Post-Vocational Education Workstream are encouraged to explore alternative visa options.
- Eligible applicants must possess an associate degree, diploma, or trade qualification relevant to their nominated occupation listed on the Medium and Long-term Strategic Skills List (MLTSSL).
- Successful applicants can reside in Australia for a duration of up to 18 months. Hong Kong or British National Overseas passport holders have the option to extend their stay for an additional 5 years.
